The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The fan was broken in the bathroom and the staff was quick to repair it. Cleaning people were good too : They provided extra coffee and towels based on our previous day usage. We ate in the back garden on the provided BBQ which is a nice touch when travelling with kids. There is also games to play and a pool. For information, the pool is only 4 ft deep, which is good for kids. Overall, the outside BBQ, the in-room fridge and microwave, the games, the 4-ft deep pool and the free breakfast makes it a good place to stay if you have kids.
Friendly staff and an incredible breakfast. Bed was cozy slept very well and reasonably trip. Would recommend to anyone.
Modern, comfortable and well appointed rooms though a bit in the small side. The grounds are very nice and the facilities are modern and clean. I highly recommend the restaurant, the food was excellent and staff was friendly and accommodating.
Staff is very friendly and really do try to make sure you enjoy your stay. Beautiful gardens to relax in, a gym and laundry room for guest use as well. (Ice machine and a pop vending machine in the lobby)The food was alright. Everyone at my table agreed the cost to quality of the food was a little unbalanced. The jacuzzi tub didn't work in the room we had, which was a bit of a bummer. And the pool outside didn't seem to be heated at all. All in all, not a bad stay, and would consider coming back in warmer weather. The staff here is the real selling point. They really try to make sure you enjoy yourself.
This facility is amazing. Their rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking is convenient and close to doors. Their restaurant is fantastic. Most impressive is their staff! I don't think I've ever encountered a more personal, friendly and responsive staff in a hotel. Highly recommend.
